Die Bewerbungsfrist endet für ProCareer.MINT, ProCareer.Doc und ProAcademia am 1. Dezember 2025, für ProProfessur am 15. Dezember 2025.
ProCareer.MINT richtet sich an Studentinnen der MINT-Fächer in der beruflichen Orientierungs- und Entscheidungsphase.
ProCareer.Doc fördert Doktorandinnen und frühe Postdoktorandinnen aller Fächer in der Phase der weiteren Karriereorientierung.
ProAcademia wendet sich an frühe Postdoktorandinnen und fortgeschrittene Doktorandinnen aller Fächer, die eine Wissenschaftskarriere anstreben. The ProAcademia training programme is conducted in German and English. For more information, click here.
ProProfessur ist das Mentoring-Programm für promovierte Wissenschaftlerinnen aller Fächer (inkl. Medizin) auf dem unmittelbaren Weg in die Universitäts- oder HAW-Professur.

The application phase is open: secure a place in one of our mentoring programs for 2026 now and shape your next career steps with targeted support and a strong network at your side.
The application deadline for ProCareer.MINT, ProCareer.Doc and ProAcademia is 1 December 2025, for ProProfessur 15 December 2025.
ProCareer.MINT is aimed at female students of STEM subjects in the career orientation and decision-making phase.
ProCareer.Doc supports female PhD students and early postdocs in all subjects in the phase of further career orientation.
ProAcademia is aimed at early female postdocs and advanced PhD students from all disciplines who wish to pursue an academic career. The ProAcademia training program is conducted in German and English.
ProProfessur is the mentoring programme for female postdoctoral researchers from all disciplines (including medicine) on the direct path to a professorship at a university or university of applied sciences.
